How to Initiate a Return

Include: Order number, product details, reason for return, and photos if applicable

Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization(RA) number

You'll receive detailed return instructions via email/SMS

Pack & Ship the Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories

Include a copy of your order confirmation and RA number

Inspection & Processing

Once received, we'll inspect the item (within 2-3 business days)

If approved, refund/exchange will be processed immediately

Exchange Policy

Free Size Exchanges

We offer FREE size exchanges for all regular-priced items. Here's how it works:

Exchange Process:
  1. Request an exchange through email or WhatsApp
  2. Specify the new size you need
  3. Ship back the original item in unused condition
  4. Once received, we'll ship your new size within 24 hours
Exchange for Different Product

If you'd like to exchange for a different product:

  • The exchange value must be equal to or greater than the original item
  • If higher, you'll pay the difference
  • If lower, store credit will be issued for the difference

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item sent).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Document immediately: Take clear photos/videos of the defect
  2. Contact us within 48 hours: Email support@rjattires.com with photos
  3. Keep all packaging: Don't discard any materials until resolved
  4. Free replacement: We'll send a replacement at no cost

We cover all shipping costs for damaged/defective items!

International Returns

For international customers:

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery
  • Customer covers return shipping costs
  • Customs duties are non-refundable
  • Exchange shipping fees may apply
